In a nutshell, with the cost of energy constantly going up, there are even more heavily advertised  "HYPED" HVAC systems that are alleged to save you money.  Sadly, many of the systems can cost you many thousands and have little if any payback.

There are many systems available, but there are only a few cost effective and practical solutions.  Some options are far more effective than others, and just because the Stimulus package offers you a refund/reduction, it may not really be to your advantage.
